About this position
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, liaising with government authorities, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and draft the appropriate legal documents and contracts
• Support and review on legal documents and contracts.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and handle legal matters.
• Handle team’s administrative works.
• Keep up to date with laws, regulations and practice relating to company’s business.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
• Have a good understanding in corporate and commercial laws;
• Have an ability to conduct independent legal research;
• Professional working proficiency in Thai and English
• Be able to adapt, multitask and think logically;
• Be creative, hardworking, and a fast learner;
• Be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience of at least 5 years as a corporate lawyer and/or in reputable law firm;
• Lawyer license are preferable;
