About this position

The R&D Packaging Specialist (New Product Specialist) is responsible for planning, developing, and ensuring the quality of new products while coordinating with various departments to meet customer satisfaction and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan with involved units to resolve problems and take corrective/preventive action.
• Plan for trials of data standardization according to the products and for further developments.
• Prepare for customer visits according to product quality and documents involved.
• Research and development of products or new products to customer satisfaction.
• Develop, design and function of using with optimal manners in term of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service.
• Examine for the right production process according GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS standards.
• Trained in GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS, leadership skills, and other according to food quality control and the safeness toward the environment.
• Coordinator to department concern and etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Food Engineer, Food Science and Technology.
• Experience in Research and Development food products or packaging at least 3 years.
• Production Control in Filling process.
• Good Command in English.
• On probation be able to work on every other Saturday and 1 Saturday/month on after probation.
