Production Supervisor (Food Manufactoring)
About this position
The Production Supervisor in Food Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and managing team performance to meet established objectives.
Responsibilities
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
• Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules, raw materials.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Food Engineer, Electrical, Electronics or other related Engineering Profession.
• Experience in Food in advantage at least 3 years.
• Industrial process & control.
• Packaging or manufacturing technology.
• Good understanding engineering tools such as CIP, COP, OEE, Yield, TPM.
• Good knowledge and computer skill such as MS-office, AutoCAD, MS-Project, etc.
• Good Leadership and motivate with teamwork.
• Be able to work on every other Saturday and day shift.
