Accounting Costing Supervisor
About this position
The Accounting Costing Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with various departments to calculate standard costs, manage debts, verify product costs, analyze production costs, and control inventory. The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, along with a solid background in accounting and costing systems.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with other departments in calculating standard cost of the products.
• Debts management and general spending both domestics and international.
• Verify new product costs (NPD) and existing products (Existing) calculations in order to arrange appropriate prices.
• Analyze production costs and the budget, and compare with capital standard (raw materials and packaging costs, labor cost, and production costs).
• Analyze and control inventory circulation rate.
• Plan and join the monthly/yearly existing stock checking according to the company's policies along with accountants. Also, random check with related parties.
• Able to understand correct standard costing according to BOI, NON BOI, and tax in order to manage P.P.30, P.P.36, P.N.D. 3, 50, 51, 53, 54.
• Manage Duty Drawback and debt collection.
• Control and verify the company's assets in every process (Purchase, transfer, sell, donate, terminate).
• Control building costs and other installations costs (CIP).
• Understand inventory procedures and taxes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial and MBA in a related field.
• Must be able to work in Samutprakarn at Bangplee industrial estate.
• Minimum of 4 year experience in accounting roles & handling company’s Books of Accounts, including the preparation of statistical and financial reports for management information, with experience of team management in managerial / supervisory positions.
• CPD certified with a strong background in accounting and reporting; auditing and reviewing, taxation, and costing systems. A CPA is an advantage.
• Must have experience from a manufacturing company. Experience in food & beverage, consumer products or any FMCG is preferable.
• Very good English communication skills, both writing & speaking.
• Very good in Microsoft Office and ERP.
• Must be adaptable with strong leadership skills, well organized, detail oriented, good analytical skills, proactive, good presentation & communication skills and a commercial-mind-set.
• Must be high leadership attitude (prior team management).
• Efficient follow-up.
• Have an experienced in food industries.
• Have skilled in negotiation and communication on-field with operation and production departments.
• Able to manage long-term/sustaining workforce.
