We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure to various aspects of our business, preparing you for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
• Participate in training sessions across different departments.
• Assist in project management and team initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical) or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven leadership potential through internships or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to speak and write in English fluently.
• Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in all Wilmar business units (Sumatera, Java, Kalimantan & Sulawesi).
