About this position
We are looking for a strategic Chief of Planning and Analyst to lead our planning efforts, develop performance indicators (KPIs), and foster cross-departmental collaboration. The role involves aligning strategies with organizational goals, managing team expenses, and providing actionable insights for the team and clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans and measurable KPIs based on internal meetings.
• Execute management directives and policies, ensuring timely completion aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate on strategy planning, review, and adjustment across departments through regular meetings (quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
• Manage the PI/BA team within the assigned region.
• Coordinate with the regional sales team to ensure effective strategy execution.
• Monitor and control team expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Develop and implement team development plans to enhance skills and performance.
• Conduct regular market visits and prepare insightful reports to benefit the team and clients.
