About this position
Responsibilities
• Create and lead engaging marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Get your hands dirty with real market research and turn data into valuable insights
• Drive our digital presence through social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Make magic happen by planning and coordinating successful events and trade shows
• Create content that speaks to people across all our digital channels
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend smart improvements
• Build strong relationships with our partners while managing project deliverables
• Stay current with marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to our strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Science, Engineering or something similar
• Rocking a GPA of 3.00+ (or 2.5+ with some seriously cool extracurricular achievements)
• 0 - 2 years’ experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to join
• Born to lead and hungry to learn
• A natural at connecting with people and presenting ideas
• Passion in marketing and ready to pursue a leadership career
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) would be an advantage
