About this position

You will oversee and manage all legal activities within Whiteline Activation, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This critical role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing contracts, mitigating risks, and supporting IPO-related legal documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice to management and departments
• Analyze and address potential legal risks in business operations
• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance
• Oversee the preparation, review, and management of all legal documents required for the IPO process
• Address legal queries and provide guidance during IPO preparation and execution
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests
• Maintain a centralized record of all legal documents, ensuring timely updates and renewals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal management or a similar role
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and handling legal aspects of IPOs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
• Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and commercial laws
• Comprehensive knowledge of IPO-related compliance
• Proficiency in English is required
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong ethical judgment and integrity
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
