Digital Solution Assistant Manager (IT)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage, control and perform complex activities for all aspects of IT/digital solutions delivery, including pre-project, initiating, commissioning, closing phase of projects, and support and maintenance phase of applications/systems in order to ensure the solution successfully meet the business objectives and sustainably support WHA group toward digital transformation.
• Cascade and implement the digital solution delivery life cycle-related policies to subordinates and relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure that work practices are aligned with policies.
• Collaborate with senior members to develop the IT/digital solution delivery implementation plans, directions, investment plan, and IT business initiatives in order to ensure IT/digital solution services quality and maintain the business objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with senior members to develop and periodically revise policy, procedure, and work processes of digital solution delivery development to ensure proactive approaches are developed to achieve company's goals and targets pertain to digital transformation matters.
• Collaborate with senior members to develop roadmap for digital solution projects to ensure proper assignment allotment for team members to achieve projects' objectives.
• Collaborate or take a leading role in digital solutions delivery from pre-project, initiating, commissioning, closing phase of projects, including support and maintenance phase of applications/systems with internal resources, turn-key suppliers, and outsourced approaches in order to ensure the solution successfully meet the business objectives within budget and desired timeframe.
• Understand and translate customers' business requirements into technical solutions and provide alternative technical approaches to ensure the best-fit solution development for diverse customers.
• Track and monitor the status of digital solution projects, as well as perform complex activities in the project implementation and solution development life cycle to ensure solutions/products are completely developed to meet/exceed customers' requirements and specifications and quality standards in a timely manner and in accordance with agreements.
• Provide innovative advice to junior members throughout the digital solution developments and implementations to ensure solutions/products are successfully handover to business users with quality standard as intended.
• Monitor quality and performance of digital solutions and perform complex troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing ones, as well as provide long-term solutions to prevent those issues to ensure developed products operate smoothly and efficiently for end-users.
• Ensure security for all new solution/product development to ensure private information and devices of end-users are ultimately secured.
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.
• Keep abreast of new innovations and technologies to gain fresh innovative approaches for digital solution development and processes improvement.
