Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering
About this position
Responsibilities
• To ensure QMS requirements are integrated into the organization’s business processes.
• To plan right or equal quality assurance programs and form quality control policies.
• To work with developer and/or develop an organization’s productivity and profitability by decreasing waste.
• To maintain, deliver, and implement Quality Tools & software application for effectiveness and systematic quality management system.
• Identify, analyze, document and report on system deficiencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineer or Science or another field related to QMS.
• Minimum experience in Lead Auditor / Internal Audit / Customer Audit / ISO / Document Control at least 5 years and/or experience in 5 years of related field, relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of the latest Quality system tools and techniques and managing audit programmers.
• A detailed understanding of ISO standards etc.
• Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills.
• Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent leadership and man-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members Flexible and adaptable, Service-minded.
• Proactive, accountable, and passionate about driving results.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
