HR & Admin Assistant
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting exit interviews.
• Assist in the visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Assist in organizing company events such as team dinners, after-work drinks and snacks, and team-building activities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus, but recent graduates and those undergoing professional reconversion are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
