The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to onboarding and orientation. The recruiter will work closely with Human Resources (HR) and hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process is effective, efficient and compliant with organizational policies. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Duties:

- Conducting an active search and attracting talent in the labor market.

- Conducting interviews with potential candidates, including telephone and online interviews.

- Assessment of skills and experience of candidates according to the requirements of the position.

- Organization and participation in recruiting events aimed at attracting qualified candidates.

- Maintaining the candidate database and ensuring its relevance.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing process.
- Ability to work with recruiting platforms and social networks.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to work in electronic task management systems and office programs.
- Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level - it will be necessary to conduct interviews in English.
