About this position
Responsibilities
• Control and improve overall efficiency, productivity of noodles manufacturing processes.
• Compliance with GHP/ISO9001 and regulatory requirements and observation from external and internal GHP/ISO9001/Others audits.
• Expense and costing control in noodles production line.
• Personnel safety comply with law/regulation.
• To control and improve overall efficiency, productivity of noodles manufacturing operations.
• To control that the production produces according to Production schedule, work instructions.
• To develop facilities, process and techniques for processing sterile products.
• To design, improve about machine to be the most efficiency working.
• Supervise, motivate and enforce discipline in team members and punish disobeying of employees with a warning on the personnel record.
• Follow the company procedures, work instructions, regulations and comply with environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Perform as assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biological Engineering or related engineering field.
• Knowledge in ISO system, Quality system (GHP/HACCP).
• New Graduated are welcome.
• Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power point), Internet.
• Able to work with night shift and work on Saturday (6 days per week).
