About this position

The Bartender Supervisor at W Bangkok is responsible for overseeing the bar operations, ensuring quality service, and supervising the staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions regarding wines
• Check quality and quantity of stock and supplies
• Requisition supplies
• Perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock
• Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
• Obtain change required for business level
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
• Anticipate replenishment needs
• Ensure staff works as a team
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Maintain clean and professional appearance
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests
• Develop positive working relationships with others
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
• License or Certification: None
