Are you a talented Project Layout Designer ready for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the comprehensive design of VYNCKE’s energy installations. Your role will involve preparing the layout, load drawing, and line model within set deadlines. Together with your team, you’ll ensure the meticulous design of each assigned project. Responsibilities
As our Project Layout Designer, you will:
• work out the holistic 3D design, layout, load drawing and line model of the energy plant as per contractual agreements and design checklist.
• communicate frequently and pro-actively with the Project Design Engineer and Mechanical Designer of the project status / progress / deadlines of the project drawings.
• Together with the Engineering Team Manager, assign the detailed drawings to internal and external resources.
• actively checking the drawings and the layout to have collision-free walkways and good accessibility to parts.
• keep close contact with subcontractors for their drawings to guarantee the deadlines and instructions are followed.
• Support the Sales Team for new upcoming projects by providing sales layout.
Requirements
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
• Have a degree in Mechanical Design or relevant experience.
• Have experience with 2D & 3D software, preferably AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Inventor, Revit and Navisworks.
• Proceed with MS Office at the intermediate level.
• Be a team player, dynamic and responsible to the job.
• Be fluent in English and written. Local and other language as a plus.
