Sales Executive – English Speaker (FX)
About this position
The Sales Executive – English Speaker (FX) is responsible for building relationships with new customers, addressing their needs, and guiding them through account opening while utilizing tools and insights to boost sales effectively.
Responsibilities
• Building Relationships: Make outbound calls and connect with new customers to grow sales for the company’s products/services.
• Addressing Customer Needs: Listen to customers and offer them the best solutions or alternatives to meet their needs.
• Account Opening: Guide customers with account opening through the right communication channels.
• Using Tools and Insights: Use available tools and reports to plan activities that boost sales effectively.
• Following Sales Process: Follow the steps and methods laid out for each sales opportunity when interacting with customers.
• Understanding Customer Behavior: Pay attention to customers’ activities and reach out to those who have stopped engaging our platform to understand why.
• Proactive Communication: Approach customer to sort out payment-related issues.
• Handling Queries and Complaints: Deal with any questions or complaints customers have about our products/services.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service and any-related roles within the financial services industry.
• Experience in Forex industry is advantaged.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai (Hindi).
• Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
