About this position
The Service Manager for A3 Printer/Copier is responsible for managing the customer service operation team and enhancing the operational efficiency of the service department to ensure superior customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer service operation team and build service support of A3 Printing / Copier
• Enhancing the operational efficiency of the branch service department to deliver superior customer experiences.
• Contribute to formulating and implementing business to drive revenue growth for service business of A3 Printing.
• Participate in formulating service management guidelines.
• Contribute to the planning execution and management of suppliers.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring optimal service delivery
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in or related after-sales operations for Printing & Copier Business.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in team management for Service in Technical of Printing Business.
• General knowledge of technical services and soft services.
• Able to manage service centers and manpower plans very well.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and Problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good Communication in Thai and English
