Sales & Project Manager P&G - Asia Region
About this position
As a leading player in the global fine fragrance & flavour industry, MANE is strategically expanding its internal structure to meet the specific demands of Procter & Gamble. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Project Manager to spearhead and optimize business operations within the Asia region.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact person for the client in the Asia region
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders of the client across the region
• Leverage an already established relationship with the client as a valuable asset
• Take charge of all incoming projects from the client
• Develop and drive proactive platforms by category that enable MANE to build customer engagement in the region and collaborate with key stakeholders and brands in the region
• Coordinate seamlessly with regional teams within our company and collaborate with global teams in Europe and the US
• Manage the upcoming strategic supplier exercise, including understanding the client's expectations regarding:
• Overall superiority of their products
• Product development by category
• Consumer and sensorial insights
• Supply chain expectations
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of the global strategy developed for the client in collaboration with the global team
• Leverage global developments and seamlessly integrate them into the regional structure
• Identify opportunities for proactive developments to present to the client
• Understand and address the client's expectations for product superiority, category-wise product development, innovation, regulatory, sustainability and insights into consumer behaviour
• Extensive travel within the region, focusing on the client's headquarters in Singapore, and additional key countries such as China, Japan, Indonesia and other South East Asian countries as needed
• Build and maintain a strong network with the client
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and project management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia region
• Knowledge of the fine fragrance & flavour industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
