About this position

The Marketing Assistant – Beverages (SEA) will be responsible for conducting market research, managing projects, and supporting marketing activities for various beverage categories.

Responsibilities

Marketing Research:
• Conduct primary and/or secondary market research to identify trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities.
• Analyze data to provide in-dept insights and develop convincing and visual presentations including innovative flavour concepts and proposals for the beverage categories.

Project Management:
• Plan and manage daily-to-annual project flow and deliverables efficiently and effectively.
• Analyze market trends and customer product portfolios to align with suitable proposals.
• Initiate flavour concept proposals and presentations and for beverages categories.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of team goals.
• Ensure timely execution within the allocated budget.
• Organize internal and external marketing activities, and collaterals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in food science, international business, market research, or relevant beverage companies.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva for creating professional presentations and analyzing data.
• Proven logical creativity and passion for beverage industries, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Thai both, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, ownership, and a proactive mindset to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Ability with generative AI Tools and sensory skill is a plus.
