About this position

The Flavour Project Leader - Savoury is responsible for leading projects related to the savoury category, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing innovative flavour solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire progress of projects related to SAVOURY Category and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to offer the best solutions in a timely manner and following the prerequisites
• Develop / Improve Savoury application recipes (Savoury snacks, and others…)
• Evaluate, Select and Support optimization of Flavours
• Promote MANE Innovative products & technologies
• Participate actively to the MANE Strategy (Pipeline and Client action plan)
• Participate actively to Client’s presentation and provide Technical support to our customers
• Market Intelligence: Show good awareness about the market trends and technical trends, related to Savoury products
• Interact with Creation, Sales, Marketing & Sensory teams

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Science or related fields
• 3-5 years experience in the Flavour or Food Industry (Experience in development of savoury products will be highly considered)
• Strong interest and sensitivity to Asian cooking and culinary culture. Passionate about Flavour & Food
• Food industry awareness: key manufacturing players, market products knowledge
• Strong project management skills: ability to manage tasks and responsibilities, ability to communicate and coordinate to achieve the defined goals
• Innovative, autonomous, organized, and dynamic
• Hands-on, likes solving challenges, thinks out of the box
• Strong sensory skills: ability to evaluate and describe a flavour or food product
• High business level of English requested (communication within the Group worldwide)
