About this position

The Sales Consultant (Furniture) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in a retail furniture environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Requirements

• Have minimum SMU/Diploma/Barchelor Degree of any major.
• Experience minimum 1 year working with customer support or retail furniture.
• Must have pleasant, professionality, responsible and trustworthy.
• Good communication, teamwork & collaboration skills.
• Willing to work mobile & shifting (Saturday & Sunday).
