About this position

The Process Engineer will be responsible for supporting the standardization of processes, problem-solving to meet quality targets, and improving productivity and cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Support to set up and implement the standardization in the process.
• Support for problem solving process to achieve the quality target.
• Support the productivity and cycle time improvement.
• Coordinating and providing technical support to concerned departments to support new product development and so on.
• Driving operations team for real time problem solving to ensure all key KPIs align with targets or expectation.
• Responsible for process documentation preparation (Flow chart, control plan, work instruction, etc.)
• Support to provide the process time standard and process methodology to ensure the process stability and effective in process cost

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Hard working, flexibility and energetic with a strong sense of urgency.
• At least 1 year of experience in Process engineer.
• Self-Motivation, fast learning and team working.
• A commitment to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback.
