About this position
We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us continue to build a positive and productive work environment. Your primary focus will be managing a team of four dedicated employees and ensuring the high quality of our HR services.
Responsibilities
• Managing the team and the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all regulations
• Maintaining and improving Company Regulations and HR policies, ensuring they are updated and applied consistently
• Maintaining and enhancing HR systems and processes in SAP
• Providing counseling and guidance for employees when necessary
• Maintaining company organization charts and employee directory
• Handling personal files, including training records for all staff
Requirements
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager from a similar position
• Proven experience with Human Resources metrics
• Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
• Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases
• Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
