About this position

The position involves various roles in IT and Cybersecurity at Suvarnabhumi Airport, focusing on cybersecurity, airport support, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontend support, develop software and engineering modules for automation systems, and guide users on integrating products.
• Lead projects in real-world environments, document products, and support teams in data collection and troubleshooting.
• Address user tickets, conduct remote troubleshooting, manage daily IT operations, and maintain system configurations.
• Coordinate with third parties, create technical documentation, and manage network issues.
• Oversee network operations, monitor security, support IT processes, and assist with system installation and maintenance.
• Document network setups and troubleshoot network hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field, 3–5 years in engineering, Java programming experience, API knowledge (SOAP, REST), GitHub knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be familiar with network communications and available for 25% travel.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering/IT, 1+ years as Desktop Support Engineer, experience with Windows/Mac hardware, knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, and Cisco products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and English proficiency are required.
• Bachelor’s in IT or Network Engineering, certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, Juniper), network infrastructure expertise, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and experienced with LAN/WAN and network security.
