GROUND OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Lost and Found Centralized Service Executive
• Liaise with airport agencies, such as Customs, immigration and security to facilitate smooth processing of special passengers
• Handling Special passenger when flight disruption and irregularity flight such as Delay or cancel flight.
• Coordinate with GHA or concerned department to book the hotel and transportation to support passenger when flight disruption and Coordinate with concern department.
• Coordinate VIP Lounge for special passenger (CIP, VIP and SKYBOSS passenger).
• Coordinate with other departments and station pertaining for special passenger.
• Assist special passenger to baggage identified area, and baggage transported by porter(if requested), exit through customs
• Raised Passenger Irregularity Report (PIR) for any mishandled baggage.
• Create a baggage on hand record for unclaimed /surplus baggage
• Conduct primary tracing on mishandled baggage cases.
• Retrieving and responding email and telephone.
• Coordinate with other departments and station pertaining baggage mishandled.
• Authorized personnel can only issue authorization of payment (discharge voucher).
• Handle Found Property on Thai Viet jet premises.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service with 2-3 years’ experience in airline industry.
• Analytical with problem solving skills and able to handle passenger complaints.
• Good writing skills and able to handle passenger complaints.
• Good knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Thai or local language where staff is located.
• Possess good management and leadership abilities.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with passengers.
