About this position

The Flight Operations Administration & Planning Officer at Suvarnabhumi Airport is responsible for monitoring and supporting various administrative activities related to flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Monitoring for Pilot and cabin crew planning and administrative activities in Flight Operation Department and propose Weekly, Monthly, Quaterty and Yearly Report for management perusal
• Control and monitor valid date Pilot and cabin crew License, Medical, Passport, ID card, Voyage Report and other documents
• Management of all stationary, equipment of Flight Operation Department. Plan to purchase, stock and distribute uniform
• Support Crew accommodation and transportation reservation, invoice verification and claim payment approval
• Support Internal Proposal Approval, Claim Form and Duty Travel Request

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A Minimum of 1 year working experience is preferable. Have background in aviation or hospitality industry
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• TOEIC of 600 is advantage
• Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill
• Understanding of airline legal agreements, training agreement, hospitality field would be preferable
