About this position
The Engineering Administrator Officer (Workshop Office) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering department, managing staff records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
• Be able to work in WorkShop Office at Kingkaew.
• Monitor and updated staff personal record and keep properly in to personal file.
• Coordinate with relevant department.
• Provide general administrative support to the Engineering department HQ and staff team. Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents.
• Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
• Advice payroll allowance summary that staff entitled every month for all stations.
• Prepare and submit proposal and claim documents for all engineering expenses to Financial Department.
• Control all staff documents such as AMEL, ID card, Staff ID, and etc. to be in valid.
• Record all Engineering Dept. Expenses and report to Director of Engineering.
• Coordinate with People Department to check the staff allowance and salary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experince in airline at least 1 year.
• Strong communicate in English.
