About this position

The Deputy Station Manager at Suvarnabhumi Airport is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff performance, and maintaining service quality at the station.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Monitor performance of daily shift duty officers to maintenance and develop services at the station.
• To ensure the manpower strength to handle the operations at station is sufficient. This requirement applies to all services provided by third party vendors as well as per the agreed Standard Ground Handling.
• Monitor and control Company KPI, OTP, OTT and TAT target, including Passenger handling in terminal and on ramp, bag handling in terminal and on ramp, and Cargo handling at the station.
• To ensure that every staff is provided with the appropriate training to acquire the skills needed to perform their duty and responsibilities.
• Train agents, disciplines, evaluates, and documents employee performance.
• Monitor and control staff scheduling, reporting, and absences.
• Issues disciplinary action and makes a corrective action plan to assist employee in altering their behavior.
• Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well.
• Preparation and updated all information to Bangkok staffs and GHA to be audited by CAAT Audit and VZ Internal Audit such as DGR CAAT Audit or Security Audit by CAAT and Annual Audit.
• Prepare monthly reports for passenger, cargo, ticket and baggage handling and Evaluation GHA performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to the position.
• At least 3-5 years working experience in the aviation industry
• Good Command of English and high level of competence
• Strong background in Aviation Ground Operations
• Able to work in shift and work under pressure
