About this position

The Corporate Affairs Executive at Suvarnabhumi Airport will manage a wide range of Corporate Affairs matters and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while enhancing employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• To assist in managing and handling full spectrum of Corporate Affairs related matters as well as Admin duties which include employee relations, industrial relations, documentation management, preparation of company letters and reports.
• To assist Project Manager in formulate and implement department’s SOP, policies and procedures.
• Initiate and execute dynamic ideas to enhance employee communications.
• Providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency.
• To ensure compliance of the provisions of Thai Vietjet Air and rules made there-under and other statutes and bye-laws of the company.
• To ensure that business of the company is conducted in accordance with its objects as contained in its memorandum of association.
• To ensure that affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its objects contained in the articles of association and the provisions of the Act.
• To prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairwoman and the other documents for all the meetings of the board of Management.
• To arrange with and to call and hold meetings of the board of management and to prepare a correct record of proceedings including taking minute of meeting.
• To attend the board meetings in order to ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled, and provide such information as are necessary to board members.
• To assist Corporate Affair Manager prepare agreements leases, legal forms, and other official documents on the company’s behalf, when authorized by the executive.
• Filling of various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Law.
• To issue notice and agenda of board meetings whenever assigned.
• To carry on correspondence with the directors of the company on various matters.
• To keep the record of attendees of all meetings.
• Register of contracts, arrangements and appointments in which board members are interested.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs Manager.
• Assist to coordinate key meetings and events held by CEO’s office.
• Provide administrative support to BOD, BOM and senior managers as required.
• Coordinate and deal with supplier/vendor as well as authority on behalf of Corporate Affair Manager whenever assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration, Management, English or other related field.
• 2 or more years of Corporate Affairs and Admin functions
• Experience in Cabin Crew would be advantage
• Ability to translate company official document from Thai to English and vice versa is a MUST
• Computer literacy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
