CONTRACTING EXECUTIVE (SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT)
About this position
The Contracting Executive at Suvarnabhumi Airport is responsible for managing contractual matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and facilitating contract processes effectively.
Responsibilities
• Able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or as to be assigned by the Company;
• Provide support to the Company on the contractual-related matters;
• Plan and facilitate all aspects of contract drafting, negotiation, and pre-contract management on a timely manner.
• Review and provide the legal and contractual comment (if any) on the draft contract/agreement including the aircraft lease agreement;
• Answer and provide contract information when needed to required departments and ensure the information given is accurate and up to date;
• Timely liaise with the concerning departments if there is any change in the relevant laws and/or regulation which causes impact to the current contractual provision;
• Work closely with the concerning department to ensure the appropriate supplier or service provider are being contracted.
• Coordinate with the concerning departments to ensure that all contract information has been input and updated on the Company’s database as well as maintaining a good filing system;
• Check all contracts to ensure the accurate and adequate information are included before sending to BOM for signatory and execution;
• Review and systematize legal documents according to the Company’s standard operating procedure.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field. Holder of a degree in Aerospace Engineering or other related aviation field will be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in aviation business or the relevant industry.
Specific knowledge:
• Profound knowledge of Contract Drafting and Assessment and/or Commercial Law.
• Good computer literacy (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as medium programming knowledge;
• High proficiency in English; reading, writing, speaking, listening. Proof of TOEIC Examination Result may be required.
Business understanding: Experience in aviation industry or aircraft leasing is an advantage.
Other requirements: Excellence in teamwork strategy, communication, presentation, contract review and negotiation, fact-based persuasion skill.
