About this position

The Senior Finance & Accounting position is responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Account Receivable / Account Payable
• All tasks about Account Receivable such as sale invoices, customer billing, incoming payments.
• All tasks about Account Payable such as invoice booking, supplier billing, outgoing payments.
• General ledger reconciliation.
• Input/Output VAT
• Asset Accounting
• Petty cash
• Assist in month end, year end closing
• Other tasks assigned by Financial Manager
• Ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area.
• Ensure station level safety training has been implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or in a related field
• At least 4 years working experience.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable and able to work both independently and with the team
• Other special requirements skill: Self Motivated, Well Organized and can handle work pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Languages: English
