Project Sales Manager
About this position
The Project Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies, managing key corporate accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to grow corporate, wholesale, and project-based accounts.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in industries such as interior design, real estate, hospitality, and retail.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate client organizations.
• Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for B2B accounts.
• Manage key corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, resolving any issues or inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, from product selections to delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing structures in line with company objectives and profitability targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads from trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Proactively pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients by offering new collections, services, or additional project support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, production, logistics) to ensure that all client projects are executed according to specifications and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients on bulk orders, custom pieces, and special project requests.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and design teams for timely delivery and installation of furniture for large projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in related fields.
• Experience above 5 years in Home and Decor Project Sales, Real Estate Project Sales, etc.
• Good communication in English and Thai.
• Good personality and interpersonal skill.
• Good skill in Microsoft Office.
• Can do attitude.
• Service Mind and good Team working.
