Head of Enterprise Sales
About this position
The Head of Enterprise Sales will manage and lead the Enterprise sales team, ensuring targets are met while developing customer and partner relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead Enterprise sales team.
• Ensure meet and exceed order and sales target.
• Develop customer and partner relationship.
• Work closely with Enterprise sales team to meet the target.
• Engage with other Vertiv department i.e. product, marketing for strategy development and marketing activities.
• Work on Vertiv value proposition and represent Vertiv.
• Do business reviews with Enterprise sales team and partners regularly.
• Identify and develop new opportunities either direct or indirect.
• Do funnel management and forecasting in Oracle efficiently.
• Should work as a team with his peers in the company.
• Order management skills and work closely with operation team for deliveries.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar industry with sales management, channel management and customer handling experience.
• Good Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Strong customer focus mind set to deliver on fair deal basis.
• Strong people management skill.
