Responsibilities
• Comprehensive 6-month traineeship program with clearly defined expectations and mentorship from experienced professionals.
• Opportunities for professional growth and potential full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.
• Exposure to real-world projects and direct customer interactions, with hands-on learning through on-site practice under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Support real-time activities based on customer requirements, working closely with the team to learn about urgent case management, customer handling, communication skills, and developing a strong sense of urgency.
• Access to company resources and tools to support learning and development, with a particular focus on specialized measurement tools like the Power Analyzer.
• Enhance understanding of UPS functions and ensure proper system performance.
• Access to the Technical Knowledge Office (TKO) for in-depth learning on various products, which will further develop technical and engineering expertise.
• Apply knowledge to troubleshooting real cases on-site, especially in time-sensitive situations where quick resolution and recovery are critical.

Requirements
• Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Keen interest in a career in the technology domain with basic understanding of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Maximum 1 year work experience.
• Able to commence in November 2024.
