Customer Service Engineer – Monitoring
About this position
This position will be undertaking maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing of company monitoring product and related product.
Responsibilities
• Executing the preventive and corrective maintenance jobs, with timely service reporting
• Work closely with Service Engineers team to provide the proper to customers in any case of equipment breakdown or defectives.
• Arrange all related site reports as customer required
• Strictly comply with VERTIV’s and customer’s safety standards & policies
• Be accountable for delivery professional and quality service which meet the customer’s expectation
• Exercise a professional and customer-oriented approach with a service level reflecting VERTIV as a company world class quality.
• Keeping up to date the knowledge and application of company products/Services.
• Continually developing and improving himself as a service professional by self-analysis, reading, benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field
• Diploma course graduates in Electronics/ Electrical may also be considered provided that you have significant relevant work experience
• At least 0-2 years’ experience in of DCIM / Data center or Building Management System (BMS)
• Understanding of Monitoring, SCADA, DCIM, BMS and related products.
• Working knowledge of Standard communication protocols, like a SNMP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet and other.
• Having Computer skill. (MS. Office, OS windows/Linux, networking, monitoring tools.)
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Skills Ability to communicate in both English and Thai is required.
• Can work with a minimum service or site engineer.
• Self-motivated, initiative, and meticulous.
