Responsibilities
• Support the Operations Manager in ensuring the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service levels to customers.
• Provide technical support and contribute to the evaluation and preparation of cost estimates for 'time & material' repair quotations.
• Assist in developing accurate cost assessments required for repair quotations, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
• Demonstrate a professional, customer-focused approach that reflects Vertiv's reputation as a provider of world-class quality solutions.
• Actively participate in the training, supervision, and motivation of senior technicians and technicians to foster continual improvement and optimize team performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to deliver the best technical and operational support.
• Commit to continuous personal and professional development as a service expert by engaging in self-analysis, staying informed through industry reading, benchmarking best practices, and applying learned knowledge effectively.
Requirements
• Minimum University Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge in Thermal (Precision cooling system) and superb knowledge of Vertiv products and functionality.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in related industry.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent knowledge of the Service industry.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Excellent skills in technical analysis.
• English is MUST.
• Knowledge in Hazard identification and Risk Assessment.
