About this position

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing quality assurance and control activities related to raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to the electrical wire production standards. They are also in charge of managing KPIs, analyzing root causes of quality issues, and providing guidance and training to subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance and control activities related to raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to production standards
• Manage KPIs to achieve monthly goals
• Manage and control manpower within the department and ensure compliance with regulations
• Analyze, correct, and prevent NC, Reject, and Complaint issues
• Review root causes and establish preventive measures to reduce organizational defects and customer complaints
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure operations are in line with the established plans
• Prepare and review annual budgets for all departments within the factory and present them at meetings
• Provide guidance, training, and assistance to subordinates to perform efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, with special consideration for experience in industrial wire production plants
• Skills in management, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Leadership qualities and team management skills
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, quality problem solving, and waste reduction
• Ability to plan, track work, and make systematic decisions
• Analytical skills in quality problem solving and use of statistical tools such as 7 tool, Why Why Analysis
• Knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
