Industial Engineer (New Graduate are Welcome)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Review and update Production manual /Operation procedure.
• Handle production performance, including new model and product quality improvement.
• Analyze problems in the production line and providing recommendations and improvement.
• Be a factory contact window to co-work with all departments to let the projects/activities go smoothly.
• Monitoring machine utilization, OEE, achieved rate, FPYR, cost reduction, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Industial Engineer.
• Have experience as a Lean Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer(New graduate are welcome).
• Possess good interpersonal skills with good written and spoken in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal.
• High mobility and able to solve problems.
• Have a driving license and able to travel to work in other provinces.
• Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can - do attitude and a desire to win.
