About this position

As a regional manager at Valmet, you will manage a team of Flow Control business sales to enhance customer performance, develop team competency, and actively execute sales development.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with colleagues in Sales and Product Line(s) to propose value added services and solutions to existing and new potential customers.
• Drive sales activity by networking with relevant internal parties and customers.
• Lead sales team to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Relevant educational background such as bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of flow control and couple years of management experiences, especially for Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to keep relationship with customer in various situations.
• Passion for applying world-class technology to our customers’ benefit.
• Knowledge of our customers’ processes and/or flow control / valve technology are considered as an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Ready to obtain local contract in Thailand and does not require Work Permit.
