About this position

We are looking for dynamic self-driven person to run our technology sales, specifically for Asia Pacific area, Board, Paper and Tissue solutions business unit. The Asia Pacific is strongly growing area with significant and growing installed base of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Creating customer specific plans for investments in paper and board machines.
• Leading customer communication with regional sales teams.
• Understanding customer targets with equipment and process.
• Converting customer plans to product and technology offering by Valmet.
• Co-operating with Valmet global paper and product technology resources.
• Organizing sales support for major customers in the area.

Requirements

• Experience from paper technology and familiarity with Valmet offering in paper machines.
• Education in paper technology, engineering or similar field.
• Experience in operating in the customer interface.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific area as necessary for the job execution.
