About this position

The Director of Service Sales, Asia Pacific Area will be responsible for leading and coordinating service sales activities in the region to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Asia Pacific Service sales
• Budgeting
• Sales
• Sales process
• Sales development
• Marketing
• Participate selected sales cases as the main negotiator.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in working with process industry and exposed in Sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven track record in driving growth and creating profitable solutions.
• Leadership capability to lead with influence in matrix organization.
• Experience and proven capability to work in multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, as well as presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience of Valmet sales process and related systems and tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Capability and drive to develop your colleagues.
• Self-motivation and can-do attitude.
• Commercial mindset and passion to serve our customers.
