Responsibilities
• Safety & Environment
• Establish and maintain safety standards, ensuring they are followed at all times.
• Identify and address safety issues quickly and effectively.
• Lead Safety QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to resolve safety concerns.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of equipment and suggest improvements.
• Ensure safety is considered in equipment design and operation.
• Stay up-to-date with local and company safety regulations.
• People Management
• Develop team expertise and skills through training and mentoring.
• Plan for staffing needs and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.
• Take steps to reduce turnover and maintain team stability.
• Manage resources effectively to meet team goals.
• Industrialization
• Oversee the industrialization of new equipment, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Make sure VSDP (Value Stream Design Process) and IPROM (Industrial Process Reliability and Optimization Management) standards are met.
• Help prepare for Industrial IAR (Industrial Acceptance Review).
• Provide feedback to improve equipment design based on industrialization experience.
Requirements
• Vocational school engineering or equivalent qualification. Relevant certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering are a plus.
• Strong Knowledge of Safety & Maintenance Standards
• Hands-On Leadership: Ability to lead and develop a maintenance team while ensuring high performance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
