About this position
Responsibilities
HR Activity
• Focus on Daily check of employee attendance and communicate with related department
• Coordinates the implementation of the site communication plan and contributes to the definition of the site communication strategy
• Contributes to supporting all the departments and HRBPs in their internal communication needs
• Supports employees' arrivals & departures~ presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
• Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie~ all certificates...)
• Declares & follows up work accidents
Support EHS Activity
• Support to make sure Safety for Mandatory related Human Resources
• Support training record of operators to be recorded and organized
General activity
• Coordinate external worker support such as Cleaning Service, Drivers for Check 5S condition at outside factory, Canteen, Locker, etc
Requirements
Qualifications
• Educations Diploma, Degree
• Experiences Min 1 year Experience in HR support, fresh graduate
• Communication Professional English
• others qualifications
• Team work abilities.
• Good use of MS office
• Logic, dynamic
