SMT Production Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Be responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
• Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
• Manage the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
• Secure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
• Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
• Assure the maintenance of equipment in good condition
• Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of the region
• Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, etc.
• Promote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities of the plant
Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years of operations management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the SMT industry
• Strong business acumen, high adaptability skill, able to see root cause
• Good leadership skills demonstrated through championing accountability
• Ability to mentor, motivate, influence and persuade team members
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of SMT standardize
