Sales Analyst
About this position
The Sales Analyst will support decision-making through sales performance analysis and collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams, ensuring accurate reporting and timely presentations.
Responsibilities
• Support decision making by providing sales performance analysis
• Analyze, check and challenge the consistency of the sales reporting of the perimeter
• Work in close collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams to build all necessary and relevant analysis supporting sales activities
• Collect, analyze and compile all data necessary to the follow-up of sales performance and update commercial key indicators
• Compile a monthly presentation containing the analysis of the key commercial indicators for the perimeter (e.g. Order Intake, SPI, Overdue, Sales, Raw Material, Project Margin)
• Support decision making during the yearly sales processes (Budget, CDP, MTP)
• Ensure the respect of all deadlines by coordinating the sales network tasks
• Provide accurate analysis for all key performance indicators during these processes
• Prepare relevant presentations to analyze the data and performance of the respective perimeter
• Provide the perimeter with all relevant pieces of information regarding sales forecasts
• Compile accurate and consolidated sales of the MTP for the perimeter and provide presentations extracted from it
• Centralize and dispatch the relevant information on vehicle production within your perimeter
• Contribute to the market shares compilation for the perimeter
• Manage the tool used by the Sales department to gather the sales related data (Sales Database)
• Monitor the data input and update in the database
• Provide support and training on the tool to the sales network
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3~5 years automotive components sales and marketing experiences
• Understand Japanese and/or American OEMs’ programs
• Possess good computer skills (Latest Microsoft Office capable)
• Good in creating interpersonal relationships, communication, presentation and problem solving abilities
• Good communication skill where reporting to management is immediate, punctual and precise
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of SAP
