HSE Officer and Senior Officer (2 positions)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Support the development of HSE policies and HSE directive
• Conduct thorough assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and risks
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (industrial hygiene, machinery, Haz-Material etc.)
• Occupational Health promotion and First Aid Room
• Providing training and education to employees on safety practices and procedures
• Collaborating with management and employees to promote a safety culture and continuous improvement in health and safety performance
• Preparing and updating emergency response and properness including fire protection system
• Maintains the HSE Department’s records management function
Requirements
• Occupational Hygiene and Safety or Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Safety engineering or relevant field is preferred
• Proven experience 3-5 years performing HSE duties in a large as safety officer at professional level, environmental controller is advantage
• Experience in Automotive, Chemical or related manufacturing / industries
• In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSH/DIW/IEAT) and procedures
• Familiarity with conducting HSE data collecting, analysis and reporting statistics
• Experience in ISO14001 and ISO45001, ISO5001 is advantage
• English communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
• HSE digitalization for sustainable and continual improvement
