Superpart is seeking a Marketing and Communication Manager to shape the brand and oversee marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Annual Marketing Planning
• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives support company-wide goals.
• Lead marketing budget planning, allocation, and tracking to optimize the use of resources across all campaigns.
2.Digital Marketing Management
• Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms, continuously optimizing performance through A/B testing and analytics.
3. Campaign Development and Execution
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign launches across all platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact, using key performance metrics such as engagement rates, ROI, and conversion.
4. Brand Strategy and Positioning
• Develop and implement a consistent brand strategy to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content that align with the brand voice and vision, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Ensure that all messaging reflects the brand’s values and resonates with target audiences.
5. Communications and PR
• Lead internal and external communication strategies, including press releases, media outreach, and employee communications.
• Develop and manage public relations efforts, building relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Serve as the brand’s spokesperson when needed, ensuring consistent, professional representation of the company.
6. Performance Tracking and Market Analysis
• Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns and communications efforts, using analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
