The CHRO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and success. The CHRO will also collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Thailand Dream Jobs by Huneety.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and employee documentation.
• Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
