The Sr. R&D Packaging Supervisor / R&D Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in packaging innovation, cost optimization, technical analysis, and providing improvements for packaging systems. They will also work closely with manufacturing facilities to ensure packaging performance.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the identification, evaluation and implementation of packaging innovation/cost optimization to achieve performance, functionality and design requirements.
• Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendation and implementation of packaging materials designs and configurations.
• Provide innovative, timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments for new or existing packaging and material handling systems
• Work with manufacturing facility to support packaging performance including documentation, communication, analysis, trouble-shooting and follow up.
Requirements
• Bachelor's in Packaging Technology or any related field.
• 1-5 years experience in R&D packaging.
• Knowledge of packaging development, packaging materials and technology in a food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Positive and self-driven, a hunger to learn and ability to work independently
• Good communication in English.
• AutoCad skills is a plus
• Able to relocate or travel to Samutsakorn
• Able to work on Saturday
