The SAP Specialist will lead and assist in SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing user support and training.
Responsibilities
• System Implementation: Lead and assist in SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Configuration: Customize SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD) to meet specific business requirements.
• User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on SAP functionalities; create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
• Data Management: Monitor and ensure data integrity across SAP systems; conduct regular audits and system checks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and integration opportunities.
• Project Management: Assist in managing SAP-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP systems (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP certification is a plus.
